Hello! My name is Chè Starks and I am the owner of SRT Tours. Managed by Global Innovation LLC, this is a company that is dedicated to our clients travel experience.

About me, I established Global Innovation in 2017 and shortly after launched SRT Tours in 2018. I’ve had the honor of mentoring & training new agents and went on to launch Travel Innovator Academy (2020) which is a training and development company for new agents.  With over 10 years of administration and business experience, travel advisement has become my passion. I’m also a certified Dubai, Bahamas, Caribbean, & Group Travel Specialist. I specialize in self care and making the client experience relaxing & rewarding.

I am the mother of beautiful pre-teen that drives me nuts. But she keeps me on my toes and ready to take on a new day!
